DRAMATURGY

Shannon has a passion for making new works of theatre. 

She regularly combines her skills in dramaturgy and directing to deliver a holistic approach to  the productions she works on.  She has been a dramaturg-director on award winning productions including Claire Della and the Moon which won the David Williamson Prize through the Australian Writer's Guild. Recently she was dramaturg on Peter Beaglehole's The Tumour Show which won the Adelaide Festival Centre 2024 InSPACE Award. She offered dramaturgical support to playwright Jamie Hornsby on The Boys on the Bus for Jopuka Productions, and playwright Julianne O'Brien on The Big Score and The Big Party, commissioned by Camp Quality.
